- Family-friendly run/walk! Timed events: 5K,10K or 1 mile registration that will take you through historic downtown Cape Charles overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.
- There will be a free kids dash! You are not required to register but can and can also pre order and purchase a t-shirt or additional finisher medal.
- Note: start time will be STAGGERED for the 5K, 10K and new this year - 1 mile! All events require registration and include a t-shirt, timed event, post run after party with live music, kids activities, 1 free drink ticket (non alcoholic or alcholic for 21 and older), snacks and a finisher medal. There will be overall and age group prizes!
- Runners and walkers can opt to participate in the color portion - and be sprayed with bright, fun, harmless, and environmentally safe colors. This color zone will be avaialble for all events: 10k, 5k and 1 mile.
